25 Apr Vinny’s Favorite Over Night Oats Recipe
Last but not least, Vinny’s favorite recipe:
Over Night Oats
In a glass jar combine:
1 Banana mashed in jar
Oats 1/2 cup
Chia seeds (for high quality protein) 2 tablespoons
Optional. Maca root powder (for energy) 1 teaspoon
Optional. Lucuma powder for sweetener
Any other powders. I like Mushroom for stamina!
Top off with your milk of choice. I love Almond milk (no sugar added) Shake! Set in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Something to look forward to! *Nutrients are more easily absorbed by the body when oats are soaked over night rather then boiled quickly.
