Peanut Sauce!

During the summer my schedule is insane & I don’t have time to cook…. so this week it’s felt SO GOOD to get back on my health cooking game! I made this peanut sauce TWICE this week because it’s so amazing! Check it out:
1 cup Water,
3 cloves of garlic,
1 inch chunk of ginger,
1/2 cup peanut or almond butter (I tried both this week both = amazing!) 1 tbs curry powder,
2 tbs rice vinegar,
2 tbs tamari or soy sauce
2 tbs agave or honey
siracha to taste
–blend all in high speed blender–
