16 Apr Monster Salad!
I usually make a pretty insane salad for lunch. But today I made the monster salad to top all salads in preparation for a long busy day in Coney! Avocado, mango, orange pepper, cucumber, chickpeas, tofu, dulse, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, pumpkin seeds, spinach & chili lime dressing (with extra Cheyenne….. and fresh pineapple & ginger juice! All organic & vegan! Lol! I don’t think coney has ever seen that much nutrition!!!
