Lola Star is asking YOU to prom!!! What will you wear!? What will the kids at school think?? Who cares!!! It’s time to party in celebration of John Hughes’ classic PRETTY IN PINK at Lola Star’s Dreamland Roller Disco at Lakeside in Prospect Park. Get your old prom gown ready or make one from scratch…Molly Ringwald would have! Grab the best members from your own Brat Pack and come skate the night away! We want to see all the best pink looks you can muster up for this cinematic event! Get your sweetie to pin a corsage or boutonniere on so everyone will know exactly who will be YOUR prom kiss…cuz that’s clearly the biggest event in high school EVER!!

Dreamland is much more than a traditional roller skating experience – it’s a mind blowing extravaganza. Skaters flock to Dreamland’s themed skate parties dressed in glittering 80’s roller disco attire to be dazzled by the best roller disco DJs in the country, fabulous skate dance contests, roller dance lessons, and a dazzling array of fabulous burlesque and carnival arts performers.
Lakeside is a 16,000 square foot covered rolling rink overlooking Prospect Park Lake, with fabulous green roof terrace featuring beer, wine and specialty menu selections from Bluestone Cafe. Super smooth polished concrete skate surface – indoor wheels recommended.
Advanced ticket purchasing is highly recommended. Many of our parties sell out so please buy your tickets in advance to ensure you’ll be able to party with us and you won’t have to spend your night waiting in a huge line!!
